We now have a new chef. Her name is Sriyani and she prepares wonderful Sri Lankan cuisine. Her rice and curry ROCK. Sri Lankan curry dishes include Banana Flower , Pineapple , Aubergine , Jack Fruit , Tuna fish , all served with either plain or vegetable fried rice ( Basmathi or Red Rice) and accompanied by coconut sambal , dhal and popadoms. Delish.
Dessert favourites are Banana pancakes with kitul treacle and ice cream.
